Reembolso de los aportes. Los aportes sólo serán reembolsados a las entidades aportantes cuando se determine, por la Dirección General de Crédito Público del Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público, la disminución de los mismos o se verifique en forma definitiva la no realización de los riesgos previstos. El reembolso de aportes a las entidades estatales se realizará previa autorización del Comité de Administración del Fondo de Contingencias de las Entidades Estatales.
