La adjudicación de terrenos baldíos y la cesión del inmueble que se hacen por medio de la presente Ley, estarán sujetas a la condición resolutoria respectiva, en el caso de que el Municipio de Cali celebrare cualquier clase de negociaciones sobre los bienes cedidos, que contraríen el espíritu de estas transferencias en orden al destino o finalidad de las mismas.
