Responsable del régimen simplificado que debe pasar al régimen común. A partir de la fecha en que el responsable del régimen simplificado incurra en la situación prevista en el literal a) del artículo 1.3.1.15.2 del presente decreto, está obligado a cumplir los deberes propios de los responsables del régimen común, sin perjuicio de lo establecido en el artículo 508-1 del Estatuto Tributario.
