º Tanto el Ferrocarril de Barrancabermeja como el del Carare se construirán de acuerdo con las características siguientes: anchura de la vía entre rieles, un metro; pendiente máxima, tres por ciento, compensada en las curvas; radio mínimo de éstas, sesenta metros.
