º . Sistema de Administración del Riesgo de Garantías. La Superintendencia Bancaria determinará la metodología a través de la cual será desarrollado el Sistema de Administración de Riesgo de Garantías, dicho sistema deberá constituirse con una metodología técnica que permita establecer la probabilidad de pérdida frente al nivel de siniestralidad de las garantías expedidas, con el objeto de obtener una apropiada ponderación y cuantificación de los riesgos implícitos en las operaciones propias del objeto social del Fondo.
