Para la solicitud, promoción, negociación y celebración de un acuerdo de reestructuración, el empresario y sus acreedores podrán actuar directamente o por medio de cualquier clase de apoderados, sin que se requiera la intervención a través de abogado. A la solicitud de promoción por parte del empresario se debe adjuntar la siguiente información:
