Art. 25. Los naturales de Estados en que se hable la lengua castellana y cuya legislación reconozca a los colombianos el derecho de propiedad literaria en los términos que establece esta ley, gozarán en Colombia de los derechos que la misma concede, sin necesidad de tratado ni de gestión diplomática, mediante la acción privada deducida ante Juez competente.
