Constituye falta grave contra la ética, sin perjuicio de las sanciones administrativas, civiles o penales a que haya lugar, ejercer sin estar registrado o matriculado en el Consejo Profesional, presentar documentos alterados para el trámite del registro y de la matrícula profesional o el empleo de recursos irregulares para la homologación del título profesional.
