El Gobierno Nacional procederá a negociar con el Municipio de Montería la modificación del contrato sobre unidad sanitaria, a fin de incluir en las estipulaciones del mismo contrato las relacionadas con la terminación y sostenimiento de un centro hospitalario destinado a prestar servicio en la región del Sinú, del Departamento de Bolívar, pudiendo estipular los aportes, nacionales que fueren necesarios para el fin indicado.
