Los servidores mencionados en el artículo 25 del presente decreto, que hayan adquirido la calidad de Magistrados con posterioridad a la fecha de causación del derecho a adquirir una pensión diferente, tendrán derecho a que se les reliquide la pensión teniendo en cuenta las semanas adicionales de cotización.
