Transporte de carga general . El servicio público de transporte marítimo para la carga general debe ser eficaz, regular y continuo, seguir rutas definidas, cumplir frecuencias e itinerarios preestablecidos y someter a la aprobación de la Dirección General Marítima y Portuaria las tarifas de fletes y sus variaciones, recargos o cualquier cuantía que altere el valor integral del transporte.

Parágrafo

Los itinerarios deben publicarse por lo menos con un mes de anticipación.
