º El artículo décimo del Decreto 2928 de 1982, quedará así: "El valor de los nuevos préstamos individuales que otorguen las Corporaciones de Ahorro y Vivienda para la adquisición de oficinas, locales, consultorios u otras edificaciones no destinadas a vivienda, no podrá exceder del sesenta por ciento (60%) del menor valor entre el valor comercial y el precio estipulado en la respectiva escritura".
