De las resoluciones dictadas por el Registrador Nacional en desarrollo de los dos artículos anteriores podrán apelar ante la Corte Electoral, en el efecto devolutivo, los interesados y los representantes de los partidos afectados con ellas. La Corte dispondrá de un término improrrogable de quince días para decidir de estos recursos. Este término se contará desde la fecha de la presentación del recurso.
