Art. 2° Los miembro de la Junta de Emisión crea la por el presente Decreto, se posesionarán ante la J fatura Civil y Militar de dicho Departamento, tendrán derecho á $ 15 por cada sesión, y procederán en el desempeño de sus funciones de acuerdo con el artículo 3.° del mismo Decreto y las instrucciones que reciban del Ministerio del Tesoro. Comuníquese y publíquese.
