Los funcionarios del Sistema Nacional de Salud que a la vigencia del presente estatuto estén vinculados y dedicados al control de la tuberculosis, continuarán bajo el régimen de excepción establecido por las leyes. Sinembargo, los que se vinculen con posterioridad al presente Decreto se regirán por lo establecido en el artículo 64°
