Art 13 Cuando en el acto del reconocimiento de uno o más bultos el interesado no se conformare con la clasificación que se haga por la Aduana de alguno o algunos de los artículos manifestados tendrá el derecho de apelar ante el Ministerio de Hacienda, y en tal caso se enviarán a este por conducta del Administrados la muestra o muestras de las mercaderías sobre las cuales verse la aplicación para que dicho Ministerio resuelva lo que estime justo
