Art. 39.° Cuando los empleados de Correos den curso a las encomiendas sin las formalidades correspondientes, se harán responsables de los daños consiguientes a cualquier informalidad que cometan, sin perjuicio de promover su remocion por mal desempeño en el ejercicio de sus funciones.
