Art. 1° Autorízase al Gobierno para establecer en el punto que juzgue conveniente, á orillas del río Putumayo, una Oficina de Aduana encargada de recaudar los derechos de importación y de inspeccionar las exportaciones que se hagan por el territorio nacional del Caquetá.

Parágrafo

Esta Oficina se encargará también por medio de sucursales ó aduanillas, del recaudo de los derechos de importación en los demás ríos ó puntos fronterizos que fuere preciso vigilar para evitar el contrabando.
