Solicitud del Subsidio . La entidad administradora del fondo de solidaridad pensional otorgará el subsidio a los trabajadores y a los empleadores por intermedio de aquellos, pertenecientes a los grupos de población que el Conpes determine cada año en el plan anual de extensión de cobertura, como población objetivo.
