De las funciones constitucionales . En el marco de la Emergencia Económica, Social y Ecológica declarada mediante Decreto 417 de 2020 la Sala Plena de la Corte Constitucional podrá levantar la suspensión de los términos judiciales ordenada por el Consejo Superior de la Judicatura cuando fuere necesario para el cumplimiento de sus funciones constitucionales.
