Ingreso base de cotización. Las cotizaciones para los trabajadores dependientes del sector privado se calcularán con base en el salario mensual devengado. Para el efecto, constituye salario el conjunto de factores previstos en los artículos 127, 129 y 130 del Código Sustantivo del Trabajo. No se incluye en esta base de cotización lo correspondiente a subsidio de transporte. Los servidores públicos cotizarán sobre los factores salariales que para el efecto determine el Gobierno nacional.
