Artículo quinto. Los impuestos que la Empresa Colombiana de Petróleos debe pagar por virtud del presente Decreto, sustituyen la obligación de abonar al Gobierno Nacional el porcentaje de las utilidades de que trata el artículo 24 de los Estatutos de la Empresa, aprobados por el Decreto 62 de 1970.
