Adiciónase el artículo 502 del Decreto número 2685 de 1999 con los numerales 1.29 y 1.30 así: “1.29. Cuando no se presenta declaración de legalización dentro del término previsto en el inciso 4° del artículo 229 del presente decreto con el fin de subsanar descripción parcial o incompleta de la mercancía. 1.30. Cuando se presenten errores u omisiones en la marca y/o serial de la mercancía en la declaración de importación, salvo cuando la mercancía estando sujeta a marca y serial, el error u omisión se advierta únicamente en la marca”.
