El Gobierno Nacional reglamentará la aplicación de normas mínimas de seguridad para la protección y resguardo del patrimonio cultural que albergan los museos en todo el territorio nacional, con el fin de fortalecer las disposiciones regionales y municipales que sean implantadas en esta área.
