ARTICULO 1.8.2.3.11 . TRASLADO DE LAS RECLAMACIONES. Vencido el término para presentar reclamaciones, el expediente se mantendrá en el Fondo de Garantías en traslado común a todos los interesados por un término de diez (10) días hábiles. Durante el término del traslado y cinco (5) días más, cualquiera de los interesados podrá objetar las reclamaciones presentadas, acompañando las pruebas que tuviere en su poder. El Fondo de Garantías impondrá a quienes se les haya rechazado por temeridad o mala fe objeción contra algún crédito, multa equivalente al diez por ciento (10%) del valor objetado. Cuando la objeción no se refiera a la cuantía del crédito, la multa será de diez (10) a cincuenta (50) salarios mínimos mensuales. Si la objeción fuere por varios motivos se impondrá la multa que resultare mayor.
