° La nueva sección que por el presente Decreto se crea en el Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores, y que se denominará Sección de Estadística, constará de los empleados que forman hoy esta Sección del Ministerio de Fomento, los cuales gozarán de las mismas dotaciones que hoy tienen fijadas, excepto el Jefe, que gozará de la asignación anual de $ 3,600.
