Prohibiciones

Decreto 1453 de 1998 · por el cual se reglamenta la Ley 432 de 1998, que reorganizó el Fondo Nacional de Ahorro, se transformó su naturaleza jurídica y se dictan otras disposiciones.

°. Prohibiciones. En ejercicio de su objeto y funciones, el Fondo Nacional de Ahorro no podrá

a)

Construir directamente ni contratar la construcción de vivienda;

b)

Realizar operaciones en moneda extranjera, salvo las necesarias para pagos y operaciones relacionadas con desembolsos de créditos externos;

c)

Llevar a cabo operaciones distintas de las establecidas expresamente por sus estatutos y las disposiciones que le aplican;

d)

No podrá desarrollar las operaciones o servicios financieros nuevos de que trata el artículo 118 del Estatuto Orgánico del Sistema Financiero;

e)

Efectuar inversiones distintas de las que las leyes especiales le autoricen expresamente;

f)
