La pena será de ocho a veinte años de reclusión si el delito de que trata elArtículo anterior se comete en la persona de un miembro del Congreso o de cualquier funcionario público por razón de sus funciones, del hermano o hermana del padre, madre o hijo adoptivo del homicida o de sus afines en línea directa.
