Art. 1.° Apruébense las Resoluciones números 1.°, de 5 de Enero de 1900 (Diario Oficial 11,190) , y 12, de 17 de abril del mismo año (Diario Oficial 11,264) dictadas por el Ministerio de Hacienda, y por las cuales se estableció un impuesto en calidad de empréstito á la nación, sobre matanza de ganado vacuno en el Departamento de Cundinamarca, y la manera como éste debía ser reconocido y pagado.
