El régimen disciplinario de la Rama Jurisdiccional se sujetará a las normas contenidas en la Constitución Política y el presente Decreto. Sin embargo, a falta de disposición expresa se aplicarán las normas del Código de Procedimiento Penal, en cuanto no se opongan a la naturaleza y fines del régimen disciplinario.
