Créanse en cada uno de los Departamentos del país y en cada uno de los Territorios Nacionales (Intendencias y Comisarías), sendas Granjas Escuelas de Educación Agrícola. Las dos (2) primeras Granjas Escuelas de esta naturaleza, que se fundan, lo serán en el Departamento de Antioquia, y tendrán el carácter de Granjas Escuelas Pilotos.
