Derogatoria y vigencia . Este decreto rige a partir de los dos (2) meses siguientes a la fecha de su publicación y deroga los numerales 4 y 5 del artículo 2.2.2.11.2.5.4 del Decreto 1074 de 2015, así como todas las disposiciones que sean contrarias. Para la entrada en vigencia de las reglas del presente decreto se aplicará, en lo pertinente, lo dispuesto en el artículo 40 de la Ley 153 de 1887, modificada por el artículo 624 del Código General del Proceso.
