Art 24 Oígase es el Circuito de Cali, Distrito Judicial del Cauca, un Juzgado más en lo civil, que se denominará 2.° El actual Juzgado 2° se llamará 3.°, y conocerá únicamente de los asuntos criminales.

Parágrafo

El personal y asignaciones del Juzgado 2.° serán los mismos del Juzgado 1.°
