º. Deróganse las siguientes normas contenidas en el Decreto 1938 de 1994

Los numerales 5, 6, 7, 8, 9,16 y 17 del artículo 4, que definen los conceptos de promoción, prevención, cuotas moderadoras y copagos;

Los artículos 27 a 37 inclusive, que establecen el sistema de copagos y cuotas moderadoras del sistema general de seguridad social en salud;
