º El capital autorizado del Banco Cafetero es de trescientos cincuenta millones de pesos ($ 350.000.000.00) moneda corriente, y se considera dividido en trescientas cincuenta mil (350.000) acciones, de un valor nominal de un mil pesos ($ 1.000.00) cada una. Este capital se irá aumentando a medida que la Junta Directiva lo disponga, en desarrollo de las atribuciones que le confieren los estatutos.
