Durante El Turno De Permanencia O De Disponibilidad Inmediata, El Juez De Instrucción Criminal Iniciará La Investigación De Los Siguientes Delitos: A) Homicidio; B) Secuestro; C) Extorsión; D) Incendio; E) Terrorismo; F) Delitos De Que Trata El Estatuto Nacional De Estupefacientes, Mientras Su Conocimiento No Esté Asignado A La Justicia Penal Militar G) Cualquier Otro Cuya Urgente Investigación Haga Necesaria La Inmediata Intervención Del Funcionario Instructor

º Durante el turno de permanencia o de disponibilidad inmediata, el Juez de instrucción criminal iniciará la investigación de los siguientes delitos

a)

Homicidio;

b)

Secuestro;

c)

Extorsión;

d)

Incendio;

e)

Terrorismo;

f)

Delitos de que trata el Estatuto Nacional de Estupefacientes, mientras su conocimiento no esté asignado a la Justicia Penal Militar

g)

Cualquier otro cuya urgente investigación haga necesaria la inmediata intervención del funcionario instructor.
