ARTICULO 54. División Logística. Son funciones de la División Logística

Presentar a la Subdirección Administrativa y Financiera el plan general de compras de acuerdo con la ley de presupuesto, para aprobación de la Dirección General.

Asesorar al Subdirector en la realización de licitaciones y contratos.

Disponer la elaboración de los contratos y órdenes de pedido de los distintos bienes y servicios que requiera la institución.

Las demás que le determinen la ley y los reglamentos.
