Obligaciones de los registradores. Los registradores de instrumentos públicos deberán poner en conocimiento de las entidades otorgantes del Subsidio, los actos de transferencia de dominio que se registren sobre las soluciones de vivienda de interés social obtenidas con el Subsidio Familiar de Vivienda, durante los cinco (5) años siguientes a la fecha de asignación del mismo.
