Art. 2450. El dueño de la finca perseguida por el acreedor hipotecario, podrá abandonársela, i mientras no se haya consumado la adjudicación, podrá también recobrarla, pagando la cantidad a que fuere obligada la finca, i además las costas i gastos que este abandono hubiere causado al acreedor.
