IMPOSICION DE LAS SANCIONES. Las sanciones a que se refieren los artículos anteriores serán impuestas por el funcionario que adelanta el proceso o cumpla la comisión, mediante resolución motivada, inapelable, con base en el informe que bajo juramento le rinda el secretario o citador.
