Artículo tercero. La primera elección de los miembros que deban formar parte de la Cámara de Comercio de Tuluá, será convocada por el Alcalde de dicho Municipio de conformidad con las reglas fijadas por los Decretos 1890 de 1931, 1457 y 1458 de 1942.
