Los beneficiarios de yacimientos que no cumplan oportunamente las obligaciones a que se refieren los artículos 8º y 9º del presente Decreto, serán sancionados por el Ministerio de Minas y Petróleos con multas hasta de diez mil pesos ($ 10.000) moneda legal, por cada mes de retardo en rendir las informaciones de que tratan esas normas.
