La resolución mediante la cual se inicia el proceso de extinción del derecho de dominio será inscrita por el Alcalde o Intendente en la Oficina de Registro de Instrumentos Públicos correspondiente dentro de los cinco (5) días hábiles siguientes a su ejecutoria.
