Articulo 22 . En el planeamiento de las operaciones de emergencia se tendrá en cuenta como minino

Tipo de desastre;

Autoridades responsables; c ) Funciones de las personas; d) Suministros y su ubicación durante la vida norm al de la comunidad; e) Lugares que pueden utilizarse durante el periodo del desastre y la forma más aconsejable para tal efecto; f) El inventario e información obtenidos a través del análisis de vulnerabilidad, y g) Las demás que el Comité de Emergencias estime necesarias.
