Artículo segundo. El certificado en referencia se expedirá por la Policía, en duplicado, en los formularios que para el efecto se acostumbra llevar. El duplicado se archivará por la oficina que dé posesión al empleado, y el original lo conservará éste para acompañarlo a la nómina que presente al cobrar su primer sueldo.
