En el distrito Judicial de Pamplona, habrá los siguientes Juzgados Superiores, con sus correspondientes Fiscales: uno con residencia en Pamplona y jurisdicción en el Circuito Penal de Pamplona; dos con residencia en Cúcuta y jurisdicción en el Circuito Penal de Cúcuta; y uno con residencia en Ocaña jurisdicción en el Circuito Penal de Ocaña.

Parágrafo

El personal subalterno del Juzgado Superior de Ocaña, será igual al del Juzgado Superior de Pamplona.
