Liquidación y pago. El pago de la Cuota de Fomento Avicola es una obligación a cargo de las empresas incubadoras establecidas en el país y se liquidará sobre el valor comercial de cada ave nacida en sus plantas destinada a la producción de huevo y de carne. La entidad administradora del Fondo fijará el precio comercial promedio de cada ave por períodos trimestrales.
