° A partir de la fecha de este Decreto, entrará a regir el Decreto número 24 de 9 de enero de 1963 que dice: "Artículo 1°. Derógase el Decreto número 2748 del 4 de noviembre de 1961".

Parágrafo

Como consecuencia, se declara que las exenciones concedidas por el Decreto número 2748 de 1961 han estado vigentes hasta hoy.
