El Gobierno, a solicitud de la Superintendencia de Notariado y Registro, y teniendo en cuenta las necesidades del servicio, podrá establecer oficinas seccionales de registro dentro de los círculos y señalar la respectiva circunscripción territorial y la cabecera, en ciudades con población superior a cien mil habitantes. Tales oficinas seccionales estarán a cargo de un Registrador Delegado, designado por el Registrador del Círculo, bajo su responsabilidad y dependencia. CAPÍTULO IX Registradores
