° Para dar cumplimiento a lo dispuesto en el artículo 1° del Decreto número 849 de 1946, las Cámaras de Comercio deberán dictar una resolución motivada sobre la aceptación o no aceptación de las solicitudes fine eleven las personas naturales o jurídicas para pedir que se les tengan por afiliadas, la cual será notificada personalmente al interesado. Contra esta Resolución se puede interponer el recurso de apelación para ante el Ministerio de Comercio e Industrias
